Siteman Cancer Center.
To join Rachel and tens of thousands

fight against breast cancer, join
the Race for the Cure on June
10th, 2006 in downtown St. Louis.
Storch's Remarks

Dr. Timothy Eberlein makes inspiring remarks about breast cancer research
Thanks
to the Siteman Center, we are closing
in on diseases like breast cancer.
We have made real progress in prevention,
detection, and treatment.
Every day, we are closer to a time
when breast cancer will no longer
affect millions of Americans and
their families.
I hope that the next generation
won’t even know what chemotherapy
is.
Each healthy day that we have is
a gift, and it is vital that we
take this gift and work together
to support healthy communities.
Here at the Siteman Center, that
is what each day is about. This
is the only battleground that gives
life, that renews life.
And that is what the Susan G. Komen
Race for the Cure is about. Every
step that is run on walked takes
us one step closer to major breakthroughs
and to a cure.
Last year, I was honored to participate
in the Race with my mother and aunt.
This year, I will be encouraging
everyone I know to run or walk on
June 10, and I hope you will, too!
